What to include

Tell us the email address on your Chairful account, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the device you were using. A screenshot is useful, but please remove card details, passwords, and unnecessary client information first.

Response time

We aim to reply within two working days. If the problem affects sign-in, billing, security, or today's bookings, put that in the subject so we can triage it quickly.

Privacy and security

For privacy rights or account deletion, use privacy@chairful.app or follow the account deletion instructions. Never send a password, verification code, full card number, or API key by email.
