This notice explains what Chairful collects, why we use it, who helps us provide the service, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible

Chairful is a product of Donn Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16519381. Donn Labs Limited is the controller responsible for the professional account, subscription, support, security, and waitlist information described in this notice. Its registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Information we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. When you create a professional account, we collect your name, business name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you request help moving from another service, you may also provide a mobile number and consent to migration-related texts. Chairful also stores the team, services, availability, appointments, client records, payment records, offers, messages, and preferences you choose to add.

Customers using an online booking page may provide their name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, and booking details. We also receive ordinary security and diagnostic information such as IP address, request time, and failed sign-in activity.

How and why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure Chairful, process subscriptions, operate bookings, send verification and appointment messages, complete requested data migrations, support users, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Migration texts are sent only where you actively consent, and contain no imported client or appointment details. We use waitlist details with your consent; we use account and booking data to perform our contract with you or at your request; and we use limited security information for our legitimate interest in protecting Chairful and its users.

Business and client records

A business using Chairful decides why it stores its clients' information and is responsible for using it lawfully. Chairful processes those records to provide the service to that business. If you are a client of a Chairful business, the business may also be able to answer requests about its records of you.

Subscriptions and suppliers

Stripe hosts subscription checkout and processes card details; Chairful does not receive your full card number. Railway provides application and database hosting, Resend delivers email, Twilio delivers SMS, and Cloudflare provides network security and access controls. These suppliers process only the information needed to perform their work for Chairful and may retain limited records under their own legal obligations.

International transfers

Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we require an appropriate safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use business or client records for unrelated advertising. Chairful does not currently use cross-app tracking or third-party advertising SDKs.

How long we keep it

We keep account and business information while an account is active. Account-deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may retain the minimum information needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or another legal obligation, and delete or anonymise the remainder.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information, or object to certain uses. Professional users can start deletion in the Chairful app; full instructions are on our account deletion page. You can unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time and withdraw consent to a pending migration text by contacting support, though essential service messages continue while an account is active.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
