A clear agreement for using Chairful.

These terms form an agreement between you and Donn Labs Limited when you create or use a Chairful professional account. By creating an account, you agree to them.

About us

Chairful is operated by Donn Labs Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16519381. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Donn Labs creates and operates software products including Chairful.

The service

Chairful provides diary, client-record, booking, payment-record, messaging, loyalty, reporting, and related business tools. Features may change as the product develops. Chairful is a business administration service and does not provide beauty services or act as the employer of your team.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that team members have appropriate access.

Your clients and content

You keep ownership of information you add to Chairful. You give us permission to host, process, back up, and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store client details and send messages, and for the accuracy of services, prices, availability, and booking information you publish.

Trials, subscriptions, and chairs

A trial lasts for the period shown at signup. Unless you cancel before it ends, the selected paid subscription begins and Stripe charges the payment method you supplied. The current price and included chairs and SMS credits are shown before checkout and on the pricing page. Added chairs or purchased credits may change the recurring or one-off amount. Prices include taxes only where stated.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing controls provided. Cancellation stops renewal but does not normally refund a period already paid for, except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

You must not use Chairful unlawfully; send spam or messages without permission; upload malicious material; attempt to bypass access controls; interfere with the service; scrape it at scale; or use it to infringe another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Chairful, or the public.

Third-party services

Chairful relies on services including Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Railway, Cloudflare, and mobile app stores. Their availability and separate terms can affect parts of Chairful. Payment disputes relating to a salon appointment remain between the business and its client unless Chairful expressly says otherwise.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Chairful reliable and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted. Keep any records your business is legally required to retain. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Chairful is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss caused by information entered by you or by a third-party service.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Chairful and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach, non-payment, legal requirement, or material security risk. Provisions that logically continue—including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, and liability terms—survive termination.

Changes and law

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
